So you spend your hard-earned cash and forgot to scan for your rewards point? No problem! Email a scan or a photo of your receipt to rewards@normansdiner.com and we will update your account. Please allow 7 business days for your missing points to show up in your account. 

Yes! When ordering from the app or your online account, points are added automatically and easily redeemable with the click of a button! When ordering at the counter, make sure to let your server know that you are a member of Norman's rewards. Your server will look up your account, award you your points and redeem available offers if you so choose.
